If you need to be seen urgently, telephone the surgery for advice. If treatment is essential we will do our best to see you as soon as possible.
For out of hours emergencies phone 0118 987 2245. Have paper and a pencil handy.
Please give us as much notice as possible if you have to cancel an appointment. We might make a charge if you do not give reasonable notice.
We operate a recall system to remind you when your next visit is due. Please advise us of any change of address and phone number.
